Company Founder
The company was established by Haj (Ahmad Hussain Alarqawi) in 1950, it all started with (Fifteen) count of Cows cattle, in Jenin. purposed to produce milk and white cheese to be used for desserts.
Cheese manufacturing evolved in 1965 as demand increased for its good reputation and quality, this necessitated an increase in cattle count of milking cows and acquiring additional milk from farmers and villages.
