Al-ASALAH for Food Industries company – ALARQAWI Cheeses, is a pioneer in the food industry section, we specialize in the production of white cheeses purposed for desserts by competent professionals. Out of which, the White Cheese used for Nabulsi KUNNAFA and famous with its elasticity form and covered by our private Brand (ALARQAWI).

Cheese manufacturing evolved in 1965 as demand increased for its good reputation and quality, this necessitated an increase in cattle count of milking cows and acquiring additional milk from farmers and villages.

In 1970, Haj (Yousef Ahmad Hussain Alarqawi) ventured this industry section with his father Haj (Ahmad Hussain Alarqawi), they formed the first Dessert Cheese workshop. Then they expanded sales to the complete West Bank. After that they visited HKJ and sales began in the capital before expanding to the rest of the Provinces. 

 In 1990,  The first factory was built in the kingdom specialized in producing white cheese (Almashmolah), purposed made for Nabulsi KUNNAFA, with distribution across the kingdom. Then expanded sales started in Gulf countries with shopping centers in many Arab countries, United States and Australia.

This is the story of (Al-ASALAH for Food Industries company – ALARQAWI) for Cheese Production. Success was possible due to the bless of Allah, then the efforts by the late Haj (Ahmad Hussain Alarqawi) and development introduced by his son, the late Haj (Yousef Ahmad Hussain Alarqawi).
